Details of IRS Whistleblowers’ Testimony That Knocked Biden Administration on Its Heels
    July 28, 2023
    [IMG]

Last week, IRS Special Agent Gary Shapley and IRS criminal investigator Joseph Ziegler testified in detail about how Justice Department lawyers and FBI officials hindered their investigation of Hunter Biden‘s financial dealings. If their accusations are true, there is no longer any question that the FBI must be reformed from the ground up.

Both Shapley and Ziegler are decorated career civil servants. Ziegler noted that he is a gay Democrat who is risking his career, his reputation, and his casework.

These men have nothing to gain by coming forward. Yet what they saw as the lead investigators was so disturbing that they felt compelled to tell the truth.

Ziegler testified that Assistant U.S. Attorney Lesley Wolf and Justice Department attorney Mark Daly tipped off Biden‘s lawyers that the IRS investigators had discovered his storage unit, thereby making it possible to remove potentially incriminating evidence before a search could be executed.

The whistleblowers also recounted how Wolf refused to approve a search warrant for President Joe Biden‘s guest house where his son had been living, even though she acknowledged that they had probable cause. Her reason? Bad “optics” of executing a warrant at the president’s residence.

Shapley and Ziegler detailed many other irregularities by Justice Department lawyers and the FBI. This included not sharing evidence found on Hunter Biden‘s laptop or informing them of the bribery allegations made against the Bidens by a trusted confidential informant.

It’s hard to believe these actions arose from simple incompetence.

The whistleblowers also testified about the deliberate slow-walking of the tax fraud case against Hunter Biden, which let the statute of limitations run out on potential felony tax charges.

The IRS agents thought these were the clearest, most serious charges the first son faced.

Shapley said that last November, a tolling agreement that had extended the five-year statute of limitations was set to expire for Hunter Biden‘s evasion of taxes owed in 2014 and 2015.

A tolling agreement is often entered into between prosecutors and the target of an investigation in which the possible defendant agrees that the expiration of the statute of limitations will be waived through a certain date while the defendant and the prosecution continue to investigate, discuss, and potentially settle the case—such as with a plea agreement.

Hunter Biden‘s lawyers had agreed to such a tolling agreement, and Shapley says that the lawyers were willing to extend it past 2022. Yet according to Shapley, Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss let it expire. Why would any prosecutor do that?

And speaking of Weiss, Congress needs to hear more from him.

The whistleblowers testified that Weiss told them last Oct. 7 that he was “not the deciding official on whether charges are filed” against Hunter Biden and that the U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia “would not allow him to charge” the first son in Washington.

Shapley also testified that Weiss said that he had requested special-counsel status from the Justice Department but that his request was denied, a claim which Weiss is now seemingly denying.

After the whistleblowers came forward, Attorney General Merrick Garland testified before the Senate that “I have pledged not to interfere with that investigation, and I have carried through on my pledge.” Weiss, he said, “has the full authority to … bring cases in other jurisdictions if he feels that it’s necessary.”

This seems to contradict what Weiss told a room full of IRS agents, including the two whistleblowers.

So, who is telling the truth here?

One thing seems clear: Two dedicated career IRS agents—men with seemingly nothing to gain and everything to lose by coming forward—were prevented from following the evidence wherever it led as they investigated tax fraud and other potential crimes involving Hunter Biden and his associates.

To date, the Biden Justice Department hasn’t, and perhaps won’t, explain why.

The treasonous conservative/America Hating/Republicans in the House are too stupid ignorant and mentally ill to see any attempt to impeach President Biden is just going to blow up in their faces worse than there phony lying hearings are. But there are some who see the danger.

While there are "very real" and "incredibly serious" allegations against President Joe Biden's family, investigations into them must "play out in court" before congressional Republicans move forward with any impeachment-related proceedings, New Hampshire Gov. Chris Sununu argued on Sunday.

"We have to find out what all the evidence is," Sununu said in an appearance on ABC's "This Week," in a break with a push by others in his party, such as House Speaker Kevin McCarthy.

"If found guilty, yes, I think Congress should definitely take something up," Sununu said.

"I think they're really, really far from really figuring out what the realities there are," he continued. "But those are very serious accusations that have to be followed up, for sure."

Last week, a plea deal struck between federal prosecutors and the president's son Hunter Biden fell apart -- at least temporarily -- leading Hunter Biden to plead not guilty to tax charges. Prosecutors said in court during the plea deal hearing that their investigation of Hunter Biden was ongoing.

Separately, GOP lawmakers have highlighted an unverified FBI source report alleging that, years ago, a Ukrainian oligarch paid Joe and Hunter Biden $10 million, apparently in return for favors.

The White House adamantly denies this, saying it was investigated under the Trump administration and "debunked." Both the president and his aides have repeatedly said he didn't get involved in his son's business dealings.

On "This Week," Sununu suggested that Republicans should shift their focus to much more pressing issues in the "everyday lives of Americans," such as concerns about the border and the "opioid crisis."

"I'd rather have the focus on those issues. And if the guilty verdict comes out of the Bidens and comes to bear, they can take it up at the appropriate time," Sununu said.

Pro-Biden PAC disbursed thousands to family friend who discussed business opportunities with Hunter
Mark Doyle previously registered as a foreign agent on behalf of the Republic of Serbia

A prominent outside super PAC supporting President Biden's candidacy paid tens of thousands to a Biden family friend who previously registered as a foreign agent and discussed business opportunities with the president's son, Hunter, filings reviewed by Fox News Digital show.

Unite the Country disbursed over $60,000 to Prairie Avenue Advisors LLC for fundraising consulting so far this year, according to the committee's mid-year report released Friday. Prairie Avenue Advisors is a Chicago-based company registered to Mark Doyle, who served as a senior Biden adviser in the Senate and later as the national finance director for Biden's failed 2008 presidential campaign.

Since Unite the Country's launch in 2019, Doyle, who acts as its chairman, has pocketed over $500,000 from the committee. The group spent significant amounts backing Biden's 2020 candidacy and appears to be gearing up to do so again in 2024.

The close Biden confidante also previously discussed foreign business prospects with the president's son.

Fox News Digital previously reported on multiple exchanged emails between Doyle, who was registered as a foreign agent on behalf of the Republic of Serbia at the time, and Hunter Biden early in his dad's first term as vice president during the Obama administration. They plotted a potential business meeting with then-Serbian President Boris Tadic and Serbian "high net worth individuals."

According to a disclosure filed with the Department of Justice, Doyle was registered as a foreign agent through the same Chicago-based firm that Unite the Country pays, and he principally dealt with Serbian Ambassador to the United States Vladimir Petrovic, who Hunter Biden met for the first time in February 2010 alongside Tadic's National Security Advisor Jovan Ratkovic.

"I met with Tadic's Chief of Staff Thursday[sic] when I was there and he asked about you. The Ambassador must have relayed your conversation," Doyle wrote in an April 2010 email, referring to Petrovic.

"I think you mentioned that you spoke to them about putting you in front of high net worth individuals and they are ready to do that, and to have you meet Tadic as well. I am going there with Milan in May, and I think they are looking for you to join," Doyle continued. "My sense from Vladimir is that they are very willing to help you with your fund. If you have interest you can just call Vladimir direct, you don't need me in the middle. I think it could be good for you and the fund to go."

Hunter Biden responded a few hours later, joking that "Markie in the Middle" would be the name of the "reality show" he will be producing and expressed interest in the meeting.

"How about we go over around May 10th. JRB will be in Madrid and I can catch a ride with him and fly over to Serbia and back with you," Hunter wrote, referring to his father by his initials.

Doyle followed up a few days later, alerting Hunter that Petrovic, who was serving as the Serbian Ambassador to the United States at the time, "wants to start putting together a full day for you with Tadic and potential investors."

"They are ready to get people who can commit immediately when you are there, very serious people from what I understand," Doyle added.

Other emails that followed included messages from Hunter Biden's longtime business partner, Eric Schwerin, who visited the White House at least 27 times during the Obama administration, and Petrovic.

Schwerin emailed Hunter and Doyle about a week later about the Serbia trip and said, "Hunter would like to try and get to Serbia right after going to Madrid with his Dad."

"The Madrid trip should end on Sunday the 9th so he could likely get to Belgrade Sunday night and stay the 10th and 11th (not sure how much time he needs and if he could depart on the afternoon of the 11th or would depart afternoon of the 12th)," Schwerin added.

Hunter responded three days later, in late April 2010, saying there was a "change in the schedule" to his travels in Europe that week, and he didn't think he could make the trip on the week of May 11 but noted that he would like to visit another time during the spring.

Petrovic followed up a week later apologizing for his late response and informed Hunter that he had some "preliminary conversations with some business people in Serbia" and that he thought Hunter "would find some opportunities" when he visited in the future.

Based on previous Fox News Digital reporting, it is unclear whether Hunter or Schwerin ended up visiting Serbia or taking Petrovic up on his offer to meet with wealthy business individuals in Serbia. However, emails show that Hunter, Schwerin and Petrovic continued to communicate after Petrovic became a D.C. lobbyist after leaving the ambassadorship.

Unite the Country did not immediately respond to a Fox News Digital request for comment.

5 People Referenced Joe Biden as the ‘Big Guy’

Overwhelming evidence suggests the “big guy” is a monicker that represents President Joe Biden.

The monicker appears in an FBI informant form, text messages, and emails between Biden business associates. It also reportedly formed a part of the grand jury investigation into Hunter Biden, which IRS whistleblowers claim was politically influenced to protect the Bidens.

When questioned if he is the identity behind the monicker, Joe Biden snapped: “Why do you ask such a dumb question?”

At least five individuals involved in the family business referenced Joe Biden as the ‘big guy.”

    1) Mykola Zlochevsky

An FBI informant form publicly revealed Thursday shows Zlochevsky referred to Joe Biden as the “big guy.” Zlochevsky is the founder of Burisma Holdings. An FBI informant claimed in a FD-1023 form that Zlochevsky bribed Joe and Hunter Biden with $5 million each:

CHS mentioned Zlochevsky might have difficulty explaining suspicious wire transfers that may evidence any (Illicit) payments to the Bidens. Zlochevsky responded he did not send any funds directly to the “Big Guy” (which CHS understood was a reference to Joe Biden).

    2) Gary Shapley

IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley said the leadership of the DOJ’s criminal investigation of Hunter Biden for alleged tax and gun violations prevented subordinates from investigating the “big guy.”

    The whistleblower told Republicans:

Among other things, we wanted to question Walker about an email that said: “Ten held by H for the big guy.” We had obvious questions like who was H, who the big guy was, and why this percentage was to be held separately with the association hidden. But AUSA Wolf interjected and said she did not want to ask about the big guy and stated she did not want to ask questions about “dad.” When multiple people in the room spoke up and objected that we had to ask, she responded, there’s no specific criminality to that line of questioning.

    3) James Gilliar

Hunter Biden’s business partner, James Gilliar, dubbed Joe Biden ‘the big guy’ in a 2017 email. Gilliar used the monicker for Joe Biden in his May 13, 2017, email to whistleblower Tony Bobulinski, who confirmed “the big guy” was a reference to Joe Biden. The 2017 email revealed a business deal between Bobulinski, the Biden family, and high-ranking members of the Chinese Communist Party would include 10 percent “held by H for the big guy?”

Gilliar also called Joe Biden the “big guy” a second time on October 14, 2020, in an exchange with a panicked unnamed person, the New York Post reported:

Gilliar was asked if “Hunter and/or Joe or Joe’s campaign [would] try to make it ‘Oh, we were never involved’ … and try to basically make us collateral damage?”

“I don’t see how that would work for them…,” Gilliar responded in the 6:07 p.m. message reviewed by The Post.

“I think in the scenario that he wins they would just leave sleeping dogs lie,” Gilliar added. “If they lose, honestly, I don’t think that the Big Guy really cares about that because he’ll be too busy focusing on all the other s–t he is doing.”

    4) Geoff Roger

An executive at wealth management company Glenmede Trust Company, Geoff Roger, used the monicker in an email to Hunter Biden about then-Vice President Joe Biden’s appearance at a dinner at Whitehall Neck Sportsman Club, a private club in Delaware in 2013.
Rogers wrote to the president’s son, “Hunt see below… I was not there but heard all about it. The big guy made them happy.”

    5) Hunter Biden

Hunter Biden used the “big guy” monicker in a 2014 email to Chuck Harple, a trade union lobbyist, with whom Hunter Biden hoped to set a meeting between the head of the North American Building Trades Union and Joe Biden. The email came after not receiving a response after using an official channel.

I’ll work on it — but is there any issue I should know about before I go around everyone and straight to him?” Hunter questioned.

“What works best — for you and I — is for you to call [the union president] first. Say you talked to me and that you want to get all the facts before you talk to the big guy,” Harple replied.

Hunter Biden business associate Devon Archer to testify at House Oversight hearing
Archer is reportedly preparing to testify that President Biden met with Hunter’s business associates

Hunter Biden's ex-best friend sends stern message to DOJ before dishing on first family

Hunter Biden’s longtime friend and business associate Devon Archer is set to testify before the House Oversight Committee Monday as part of the panel’s investigation into the Biden family ventures and whether President Biden was involved.

Committee Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., subpoenaed Archer last month for testimony as part of his months-long investigation, which has yielded much evidence related to the Biden family's alleged foreign business schemes. At least three previously planned depositions were canceled by Archer for personal reasons.

Archer is reportedly preparing to testify that President Biden met with dozens of Hunter’s business associates while he was serving as vice president between 2009 and 2017– information that, if true, puts into question the White House’s repeated assertions that Biden was "never in business with his son," never spoke with his son about his business dealings, and never had any knowledge of them.

Archer is expected to detail the meetings he witnessed in which both Bidens – Joe and Hunter – attended. Those meetings either took place in person or via telephone. Archer is also reportedly expected to testify that Hunter would introduce his father to foreign business partners or to prospective investors.

Archer’s intimate knowledge of the business arrangements and Joe Biden's alleged involvement come after years of working alongside Hunter Biden.

Archer served on the board of Ukrainian natural gas firm Burisma Holdings with Hunter beginning in 2014. He also co-founded investment firm Rosemont Seneca alongside the president’s son and Climate Envoy John Kerry’s stepson, Christopher Heinz. Archer served as managing director.

Archer also co-founded BHR Partners in 2013 – a joint-venture between Rosemont Seneca and Chinese investment firm Bohai Capital. BHR Partners is a Beijing-backed private equity firm controlled by Bank of China Limited.

Archer was forced to resign from BHR Partners in May 2016 after he came under federal investigation.

Archer in February 2022 was sentenced to a year and a day in prison for defrauding a Native American tribal entity and various investment advisory clients of tens of millions of dollars in connection with the issuance of bonds by the tribal entity and the subsequent sale of those bonds through "fraudulent and deceptive means," according to the Justice Department.

Archer’s testimony comes as part of Comer’s investigation, which has revealed that the Biden family and its business associates created more than 20 companies and received more than $10 million from foreign nationals while Joe Biden served as vice president and tried to conceal the source of those funds.

Comer said some of these payments could indicate attempts by the Biden family to "peddle influence" and said the family appeared to take steps to "conceal the source and total amount received from the foreign companies."

The committee has also zeroed in on a key FBI document – an FD-1023 form – containing allegations that Joe Biden, while serving as vice president, and Hunter Biden "coerced" Burisma CEO Mykola Zlochevsky to pay them millions of dollars to help get the Ukrainian prosecutor investigating the firm fired.

At the time, Joe Biden was in charge of U.S.-Ukraine policy for the Obama administration. Biden has publicly boasted about his success in having that prosecutor, Viktor Shokin, fired, though supporters say removing Shokin was U.S. policy at the time.

The committee is likely to press Archer on whether he had any knowledge of any alleged payments to the Bidens, as he also sat on the Burisma board.

Sources told Fox News Digital that FD-1023 document is part of an ongoing federal investigation.

"Joe Biden lied to the American people when he said he knew nothing about his son’s business dealings. Evidence continues to be revealed that Joe Biden was very much involved in his family’s corrupt influence peddling schemes and he likely benefited financially," Comer said in a statement ahead of Archer’s deposition. "This includes deals with a corrupt Ukrainian oligarch and a CCP-linked energy company that generated millions for the Bidens and undermined American interests."

Comer added: "It certainly appears that Joe Biden and his family put themselves first and Americans last, but corporate media and the Justice Department continue to cover up for the Bidens."

Comer vowed that the Oversight Committee "will continue to follow the facts to provide the transparency and accountability that the American people demand and deserve."

"We look forward to speaking soon with Devon Archer about Joe Biden’s involvement in his family’s business affairs," Comer said.

As for Archer, his attorney said there have been "many leaks and much speculation" about Archer’s potential statements to the committee, but said Monday, "Mr. Archer will get to speak for himself."

What reports? Has someone already interviewed him? How would they know what he's prepared to do? Comer have a leak? Someone making something up?

Wonder if he is mired in his own legal stuff, he doesn't have time for this, unless he's being offered some sort of get out of jail card. Hence why the DOJ wants him to serve his sentence right after he testifies.

'He didn't know anything about that': Andy Biggs admits star witness unaware of Biden 'bribe'

Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ) attended a deposition with a business association of President Joe Biden's son – and came away with no evidence of corruption.

Following the interview with Devon Archer, Biggs answered questions as he walked away from reporters.

"Can you talk about the bribe at all?" one reporter shouted. "The $5 million bribe?"

"He didn't know anything about it," Biggs replied.

"He didn't know anything about that?" the reporter pressed.

    "No," Biggs confirmed.

Biggs was also asked if Archer's testimony made an impeachment inquiry more likely. But Biggs dodged the question.

"It's a different panel, but I think we should do an [impeachment] inquiry," he said.

Republicans have alleged Biden took a $5 million bribe from Burisma, an energy company in Ukraine. Democrats said Archer could not provide evidence linking Biden to his son's business dealings.

So tell us what are your sources? Or you just born already knowing everything?

By the way would you like to debate me on this using standard debate rules. Stick the the topic, no tangents, personal attacks, or trying to change the subject. Use credible sources. And just for you I won't use RAW STORY as a source. Answer the questions posed.

You are a really big talker. Are you willing to back that up in an actual debate? Or are you just a big mouthed coward?

Just say so if you are willing to actually debate this or any other topic right here?

And if you don't then we all know you are just a big talking coward.

      sure I'll debate you.
I have a pretty wide variety of sources. Many of my sources take recordings of real world events, politicians, speeches, etc. Then edits and brands them on youtube as either dark comedy or meme able clips. So I'm looking forward to the "youtube conspiracy theory" personal attack, as you would put it. I have no shame in my sources, but i have a feeling like half of them wont even register on your precious media bias gauge, the same gauge that puts raw story near the top of the heap. Whenever I read rawstory I laugh at how poorly thought out the articles are. So bias. So inaccurate. How much Russia propaganda did i see you pumping out over the years and NONE of it not one fucking lick of it was true.
