MWC 2025: The Coolest Phones We've Seen at the Show

Xiaomi, Nothing, Samsung and more are debuting phones at Mobile World Congress that are going on sale soon. Here are the biggest devices we've seen so far.

Xiaomi 15 Ultra

The Xiaomi 15 Ultra global version heavily features its camera. The high-end phone announced at MWC 2025 costs £1,299 with 512GB of storage or £1,499 if you want 1TB, and will go on sale later this month in the UK and in Europe.

My colleague Andrew Lanxon found that the camera is largely the same as last year's Xiaomi 14 Ultra, but it's still a powerful one certified by Leica.

Nothing Phone 3A and 3A Pro

The Nothing Phone 3A and 3A Pro are the company's latest lower-cost phones, although notably, there isn't yet a higher-end Nothing Phone 3.

Both phones are powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 processor and are powerful enough to access Google's AI features like Circle to Search and Gemini Live. Both phones have a 50-megapixel main camera, while the Pro also gets a 50-megapixel periscope camera with 3x optical zoom. The 3A has a 32-megapixel front-facing camera, while the Pro has a 50-megapixel one for selfie photos.

HMD's phones

HMD is debuting several phones at MWC 2025, including the Fusion X1, which is targeted toward teens. That phone uses a subscription to help parents control content access and provides continuous location tracking.

HMD also has several soccer-themed phones, including the HMD Barça 3210, which includes hidden messages from players. There's also the HMD Barça Fusion with 11 signatures of the club's star players engraved on it.

HMD's 150 and 350 are also basic phones with a music focus, including speakers, FM radios and long battery life.

Samsung Galaxy A26, A36 and A56

Samsung is debuting three of its lower-cost phones for 2025 at Mobile World Congress: the Galaxy A26, A36 and A56. The phones cost $300, $400 and $500, respectively. All three phones include 128GB of storage and access to Galaxy AI features.

Notably, the A36 and A56 both get 45W wired charging, which is relatively fast for phones in this price range. The more expensive $650 Samsung Galaxy S24 FE and $800 Galaxy S25 charge at 25-watt speeds.

TCL 60 phones

After debuting only a single device at CES 2025, TCL introduced the rest of its 60 Series phones at MWC 2025. While the most expensive phone costs 199 euros (roughly $210), it all has 5,200-mAh batteries, which are slightly larger than the 5,000-mAh batteries we normally see in phones in this price range.

Otherwise, these devices are a mix of NxtPaper phones with screens that act like eReaders and traditional displays. The TCL 60 NxtPaper also includes a 108-megapixel main camera, a spec that's quite rare for a phone of its 199 euros price.

RedMagic 10 Pro Golden Saga edition

The RedMagic 10 Pro normally costs $649, but if you want it to come with gold, silver and sapphire elements, you can get that for a much higher price. The $1,499 Golden Saga edition of the RedMagic 10 Pro is on display at MWC 2025, and inside it includes 24GB of memory along with 1TB of storage. For reference, the standard version of the 10 Pro with the same memory and storage configuration costs $999.

ZTE Nubia Focus 2 Ultra Phone

ZTE has been spotlighting a few wilder phones, including the Focus 2 Ultra with a rotating lens ring. The 108-megapixel camera is surrounded by a rotating control, which can be used for features like zoom and aperture.

ZTE Nubia Music 2 Phone

For music fans, ZTE's Nubia Music 2 has a large speaker next to its cameras that is claimed to be capable of playing at a volume of 95 decibels. For reference, my Apple Watch sends a noise alert when I'm in an environment that exceeds 90 decibels.
